Wall of Fame Introduces New All-American Menu

Wall of Fame is serving up an eclectic new menu in a bid to bring a true taste of the US to Liverpool.

With entrances on Victoria Street and Mathew Street, the all-American inspired eatery has introduced a new foodie offering featuring a novel assortment of chicken wings, pizzas and burgers to name a few.

To accompany the culinary selection, the menu also comprises the eatery’s signature shakes, which are served up in a variety of innovative flavours.

General Manager of Wall of Fame Alix Mills said: “Since our opening in September 2015, we have championed stateside flavours and have tried to bring both traditional tastes of America and more uncommon recipes from the fifty states to the dinner plates of the North West.

“Aside from light bites, classic main courses and indulgent desserts, we are also serving up an all-day breakfast, which consists of traditional dishes such as Eggs Benedict alongside contemporary flavours including Chicken and Waffles, which is made with waffles topped with Pretzel Battered Boneless Chicken and Maple Syrup.”

Menu highlights include Denver BBQ 10oz Rump Steak, Pretzel Fried Chicken Strips and Empire State Burger, made with two 6oz Steak Patties, Gherkin, Tomato, Red Onion, Cheese and Ketchup with a Mini Chicken Burger to top it off.

The ‘Healthy Stuff’ menu offers lighter selections including All American Caesar Salad, Cajun Fillets and LA Salad, while dessert offerings include Deep Fried Oreos, Cheesecake of the Week and Sharing Sundae.

Alix added: “Although the menu features a huge range of hearty main course dishes, it also features healthier salad options alongside truly delicious sweet stuff perfect for those who want to indulge.

“To wash it all down, our bar is well stocked with a range of American beverages including popular stateside soft drinks offerings such as Dr Pepper, Cream Soda and Root Beer alongside a huge selection of American whiskeys and spirits. For those looking for more unusual flavours, we recommend the unique Bourbon and Bacon shake made with Bourbon, Vanilla Ice Cream, Maple Syrup and Crispy Bacon.”
