National Burger Day: Best Burgers At Liverpool’s Royal Albert Dock

In recent months, our waterfront has become a foodie paradise, from the opening of the Dockside Dining club to independent eateries such as Rough Handmade Bakery and Tapas hangout Lunyalita and with National Burger day this week, what better excuse to visit the Docks to indulge in everyone’s favourite treat?!

Revolution De Cuba Burger Liverpool Revolution De Cuba Quesadilla Burger

Revolucion de Cuba
Everyone’s favourite Cuban hangout has pulled some serious strings for this year’s national burger day, creating none less than two delicious offerings. You can try the Cuban Cheeseburger which consists of your choice of burger with melting cheddar AND Manchego cheese served on a toasted bun with fries and rum mayo. If a bit of spice is more your thing, give the Quesadilla Burger a go; Revolucion’s hand pressed burger topped with hot chilli cheese, spinach, spiced sugar and Serrano ham in a quesadilla accompanied by pico de galllo and served with fries and rum mayo. We’ll have both please.

Like the sound of that? Join revolucion De Cuba on National Burger Day and enjoy 2 courses for £10.95 from 3-7pm on the Thursday and also  2-4-1 cocktails and £3.50 Mahou pints from 3-7pm.

Lunya Lita Liverpool
Lunya Lita
News kids on the Dock Lunya Lita have shown us exactly what they’re made of with their National Burger Day creation, consisting of a classically Spanish and oh so mouth watering Chorizo, Manchego and Chilli Jam burger as a winning lunch choice.

Sticking to the tapas theme, Lunya Lita’s evening offerings will be introducing their signature beef and caramelised onion sliders as well as a new specials creation; fish sliders, for those that fancy something a little different. Yum.

Titanic Hotel Burger

Titanic Hotel
For lovers of both luxury and tradition, the Titanic hotel is the perfect venue to go and enjoy your burger, perhaps washed down with a fantastically curated rum cocktail. Their beef burger is the stuff of legends and is served with Irish cheese, gem lettuce and dill pickles on a brioche bun. You know what they say, if it ain’t broke…

Puffle Waffle Burger

Puffle Waffle
Burgers come in all different shapes and sizes right?! Puffle Waffle is the latest dessert delicacy to land on Liverpool’s shores and we are very excited about it. Sweet, soft and puffy, these indulgent treats are becoming more and more sought after for that all important insta pic (and taste of course). For one day only, Puffle Waffle will set up on the Albert Dock and bring out the ‘Puffle Burger’ – succulent beef, rocket, tomatoes and of course that all important super melty cheese will be placed inside their signature waffle. An absolute must.
