'Cousin Jac' Album Launch: Live At The Scandinavian Church In Liverpool

Cousin Jac Perform Debut Album In Full –  ‘Believe Me To Remain’ At Scandinavian Church, Liverpool on Friday 1st May. 

Cousin Jac lead by singer/songwriter Jez Wing (Echo and the Bunnymen, BBC Young Folk Award) delivers the debut album ‘Believe Me To Remain’ in full with a 10-piece band line-up at The Scandinavian Church on Friday 1st May 2015. The album is inspired by a letter written to his great-grandfather, himself a musician and composer, by his music teacher back in 1911, and is the basis of this auto-fictional journey of progressive folk music & songwriting.

Believe Me To Remain was recorded in the iconic Mello Mello Studios in Liverpool andm took 3 years to capture, co-produced by Simon Knighton (Stealing Sheep/Harlequin Dynamite). Featuring the singlesPassing Place & Lightning & Thunder the album has many of the UK’s finest folk, jazz and pop musicians, some of whom are coming back to play at the album launch.
