Celebs Prepare For Summer Bodies With Eat Elite Professional Nutrition

‘There is no sincerer love than the love of food’ said George Bernard Shaw. For many of us today however, the dilemma of wanting to eat nutritious meals but being too busy to cook is common.

Eat Elite Professional Nutrition has stepped into centre stage to solve this very problem, offering individually tailored nutritious menu plans which can be delivered to clients nationwide.

The company resides at the world-famous Albert Dock in the heart of Liverpool and the founding business partners have brought to bear their wealth of experience and knowledge, to offer clients healthy and delicious meals delivered to their choice of up to three locations.

The nutrition plans cater for everybody from busy mums to professional athletes. Client needs are met with the utmost efficiency from the offset, when their current nutrition plan, fitness regime and lifestyle are analysed to create a menu suited to them. The emphasis is on making people beautiful on the inside as well as the outside.

Food-6Steven and Alex Gerrard are getting LA ready along with a host of other celebrities following in their footsteps opting for clean eating with Eat Elite PN to accompany their fitness regime.

Business partners Dario Curcillo, Paul Hampson and Kieran Congdon each bring something different to the Eat Elite table. Raised close to Lake Como, Dario has channelled his past experience transforming restaurant menus, into the Eat Elite concept. Paul uses his impressive business acumen to ensure the highest level of client experience and Sport Science graduate and fitness model Kieran pours his knowledge of nutrition into the meal plans.

The gourmet meals are prepared by leading chef Francesco Mercuri alongside Serkan Kaya. Francesco has 35 years industry experience and has worked with renowned hotel chains such as Hilton.  The dishes are prepared to a level of excellence which could rival a Michelin Starred restaurant, using only the finest seasonal and where possible, local provenance ingredients.

Stunning presentation ensures that each dish is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The competitively priced plans can be delivered nationwide and range from 3-5 meals per day 5-7 days per week. For very busy clients, menu plans can encompass all necessary daily nutrients into fewer meals. These plans start from 2 meals per day and target key goals such as fat-burning and muscle-building.

Food-10All meals are free from unhealthy additives and there is no risk of boredom with the varied plans.  Clients could enjoy seared Swordfish one night, followed by tender Teriyaki Beef the next. Personal food preferences are considered, and treats are not off the menu either, with a healthy take on a cooked breakfast and a cheeseburger amongst the tantalising menu options.

The arrival of Eat Elite is perfectly timed, with the rising problem of people struggling to eat healthily due to lifestyle constraints. Paul Hampson himself found this to be an issue due to his busy career, and Eat Elite came about when he and his business partners realised that there was a need for a company able to deliver tailor-made nutritious meals alongside full client support and advice.

The sophisticated nutritional concept created by Eat Elite outshines the competitors by offering a full client experience to accompany the gourmet meals.  Clients are assigned a personal nutrition advisor, so telephone support is available 24 hours per day.  Eat Elite also offer corporate catering, giving businesses the chance to impress their clients by serving nutritious Eat Elite meals at meetings or events.

The tailor-made nutrition offered by Eat Elite is already transforming the lifestyles of busy people. This innovative company is going from strength to strength, with further exciting plans on the horizon and an ever growing clientele including a host of celebrities.
