Castle Street Townhouse Launch Eclectic New Cocktail Menu

Castle St Townhouse is serving up a taste of sophistication with its delicious new cocktail menu.

Located in the heart of the city’s thriving Commercial District, the all-day and all-night dining and drinking destination has devised a selection of classic and signature cocktails ideal for the summer months.

The delectable blends on offer include the aptly named ‘3 Mirrored Feeling’, ‘The Bow Tie’ and ‘Townhouse Battenberg’ to name a few.

General Manager of Castle St Townhouse Robert Andrew Scott said: “We’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new cocktail menu, which has been devised by our talented bar team and mixologists with our eclectic customer base in mind.

“The selection offers a wide range of flavours for each and every taste bud whether your preference is for fruity, sweet, or sour flavours – we will have something to please everyone. The whole team here at Castle St Townhouse has had an input in the creation of the menu so it’s a real mixture of both customer and team favourites and it perfectly reflects our ethos of all day and night drinking and dining devoted to you.”

The cocktail menu comprises a varied selection including ‘Fireside Jamaican’ (Plantation, Velvet, Cacao, Goslings 151, Lime Juice, Squeezed Passion Fruit, Pineapple Juice, Passion Fruit and Lime Wheel), ‘Brunch Punch’ (Greenmark, Midori, Archers, Malibu, Pear Juice, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice and Orange Slice) and ‘Free as a Bird’ (Hendrick’s, St. Germain, Elderflower Mixer, Gomme, Lemon Juice, Lemon, Cucumber and Mint).

The new menu follows the recent unveiling of the venue’s evening menu and the timing of its release has coincided perfectly as guests will be able to enjoy the cocktails al fresco in the outdoor seating area.

Robert added: “We’re all very proud of our new cocktail menu and we felt that it’s the perfect way to maintain our bartenders’ pristine reputation as highly skilled mixologists across the city. Each of the drinks on our new menu are appropriate for each and every season, but we felt that there was no better time to introduce them than summer as we know there’s nothing more refreshing than a delicious cocktail on a hot day.”
