The Brunch Club Reimagined With New Food and Cocktail Concept

The Brunch Club is set to showcase its fresh new look as it brings Liverpool diners and drinkers an immersive brunching experience courtesy of its delicious dishes, signature cocktails and truly Instagrammable décor.

The venue, located on the bustling Duke Street, has been reinvented by the team behind Ghetto Golf following a creative overhaul that promises visitors ‘the most bespoke bar experience in town.’

By using foliage to bring the outside in, the space boasts a social media spectacle of woodlands-inspired interiors, whilst the stunning design is complemented by an all new drinks and dining concept that runs from morning breakfasts to cocktails by night.

Owner Kip Piper said: “When we first set our sights on The Brunch Club, we had a fantastic vision for the place which included a brand-new feel to its food and drinks offering to really match the visual aesthetics of the space. We thrive off experimenting and have really embraced our creative nature with this project. We’re certainly daring when it comes to exploring new grounds and although brunch is incredibly popular at the moment we’re always looking to do things differently. With this in mind we will be serving food all day every day creating a seamless transition from day to night in a venue that is both timeless and on trend. With the likes of afternoon tea also on the cards, we’re offering the public everything under one roof in one of the city’s most up and coming hotspots.

“Duke Street is thriving and the location was just one of the things that appealed to us about this particular venue. There’s so much happening in the area with the launch of new businesses including the opening of the Duke Street Food and Drink Market. As with all of our ventures, we’re passionate about increasing footfall for the area and we believe that we can contribute to that with The Brunch Club.”

The Brunch Club has welcomed on board a host of mixologists who have created a selection of mouth-watering cocktails with specials including In Bloom (Martins de Sa Rosé Port, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Wild Strawberry Liqueur, Mint and Strawberries Topped with Homemade Lemonade), Brunch Punch (Doorly’s 5yr Rum, Koko Kanu Coconut Rum, Velvet Falernum, Banana Liqueur, Caramel Syrup, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and Lime Juice with a Wray and Nephews Float), Violet Ramos (Aviation Gin, Violet Liqueur, Lemon, Violet Syrup, Cream, Egg White and Soda) and Rye Tai (Rittenhouse Rye, Cachaça, Blood Orange Cointreau, Almond Syrup and Angostura Bitters).

Owner Danny Bolger said: “As part of the project, we are excited to have worked alongside our business partner and friend Richard Rothwell who is the man behind Cobble in Ormskirk. Bringing with him years of experience in the local food scene we’re sure that what we’ve delivered together will exceed all customer expectations.

“We had a tight-knit group of people working to bring our ideas to life and we are blown away by the finished result. We really encourage the team to think boldly and as a result our collective ideas lead to unique venues which include the likes of Ghetto Golf and Birdies Bar & BBQ. We’re sure the public will feel the same way once they step foot in our culinary jungle, complete with foliage and live plants for an immersive experience that’s unlike any other restaurant or bar the city has seen.”
