Baltic Arts & Crafts Fair At Constellations 9th November

Baltic Arts & Crafts Fair

Baltic Arts and Crafts Fair returns, this time to Liverpool’s newest multi purpose venue – The Observatory (Constellation’s younger sister).  Located on Greenland Street, Constellations is a brand new independently minded Baltic adventure. An indoor/outdoor space set over 12,000 square foot.

As the nights are drawing in there is the distinct feeling that Christmas is upon us. Get ahead of the crowds and join in with the Arts and Crafts fair this November – escape the crowds, queues and the hustle and bustle of the city centre for a more laid back festive shopping experience.

Christmas can account for a third or even two-thirds of a retailer’s trade and is therefore an important time of year for Liverpool’s community of micro-businesses, artists and designers. Spending locally means you are helping to boost the local economy, making an ethical choice, buying original pieces of art and design and supporting British business.

With limited edition prints, hand made, knitted, up-cycled and recycled jewellery, photography, handcrafted carpentry, retro and contemporary home ware, ceramics and glass, stationary, gifts and cards – there is something for everyone. Alongside family workshops hosted by the Button Boutique, ping pong tables and tasty food and drink offerings you can enjoy a day out that the whole family will enjoy and, if the weather is good, perhaps sit outside in the crisp winter air in Constellation’s very own urban garden.

Liverpool Grassroots multi-arts Festival Threshold will be on hand once again to provide the event with an impressive local live music soundtrack.
